What is the shipping cut-off time?
The daily shipping cut-off time is 10am, Monday to Friday. You must place your order before 10am to ensure that it can be despatched as soon as possible (provided that the item you ordered is in stock).
All orders placed after 10am on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following week.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area and other major cities generally arrive within 1-3 business days, but may be take up to a week. Please note that we have no control over the delivery service once your order has been shipped and cannot guarantee timely delivery. For all Northern Territory addresses please expect a longer delivery.
The courier requires a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be at the address you provided to receive your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
For NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS a flat fee is of $14.95 is charged. Deliveries generally arrive within 1-3 business days.
For orders within the Sydney metro region, you can select a Standard Shipping option for $8.95. Deliveries generally arrive within 1-2 business days.
For NT standard shipping $18.00 will be charged, however priority shipping of $38.00 is offered. Delivery times may vary and generally arrive within a week.
Free shipping with an Authority to leave (ATL) is available on all web orders over $100. If you do not wish to have an Authority to leave (ATL), you can call us on 1300 365 404 to make this change or leave a note in the notes area. All orders with free shipping are sent out with standard Australia Post and deliveries generally arrive within 3-5 days.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are dispatched via Toll Priority, Toll Ipec and Australia Post.
Customers within the Sydney region may choose to select Standard Shipping which is usually sent out via Australia Post (but may be sent by a different method or carrier at our discretion).
All online orders automatically have an Authority to Leave (ATL) your package at your shipping address without a signature. However, if you do not wish to have an Authority to leave (ATL), you can call us on 1300 365 404 to make this change or leave a note in the notes area.
It is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not to leave your package unattended. We we will not be liable for any actions by our carrier over which we have no control, including the loss or theft of packages that have been left at your address unattended under your authorisation.
How long does order processing take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may take longer for items that are not in stock.
If a product is out of stock or on back order, we will aim to notify you within 2 working days.
Do you allow pickups?
No. We do not allow pickups due to Work Health Safety issues. We are a warehouse, NOT a retail shop.
Do you offer same day delivery?
No, not at the moment.
My order didn't arrive. What now?
Because your order is dispatched by courier, you must be at home at the time that delivery is attempted. Otherwise, you may have missed your delivery.
If this happens, the courier will usually leave your order at your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office to find out more.

Do you provide tracking numbers?
Tracking numbers are presently provided with shipment emails that are sent out at the end of every day if your order has been despatched, however, you can call us on 1300 365 404 or email email@example.com to request order tracking.
Do you deliver internationally (outside Australia)?
No, we only deliver to Australia at this time, because international shipping costs are too high.
