What is the shipping cut-off time?

The daily shipping cut-off time in 9 am, Monday to Friday. You must place your order before 9 am to ensure that it can be dispatched the same day (provided that the item you ordered is in stock). 


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area and other major cities generally arrive within 1-3 business days, but may be take up to a week. Please note that we have no control over the delivery service once your order has been shipped and cannot guarantee timely delivery.  For all Northern Territory addresses please expect a longer delivery.

The courier requires a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be at the address you provided to receive your delivery.



How much does shipping cost?

For NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS a flat fee is of $14.95 is charged.

For orders within the Sydney region, you can select a Standard Shipping option for $8.95.

For NT a flat fee of $38.00 is charged.

Free shipping is available on all web orders over $100.



What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders are dispatched via Toll Priority for most orders. However, Toll Ipec or Australia Post may be used at our discretion.

Customers within the Sydney region may choose to select Standard Shipping which is usually sent out via Toll Ipec (but may be sent by a different method or carrier at our discretion).

Can I provide an Authority to Leave my package at the shipping address?

Yes, you can provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) your package at your shipping address without a signature. However, it is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not to leave your package unattended.

We we will not be liable for any actions by our carrier over which we have no control, including the loss or theft of packages that have been left at your address unattended under your authorisation.


How long does order processing take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may take longer for items that are not in stock.

If a product is out of stock or on back order, we will aim to notify you within 2 working days.



Do you allow pickups?

No. We do not allow pickups due to Work Health Safety issues. We are a warehouse and office NOT a retail shop.



Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, if stock is available, and for Sydney metropolitan area only. Same-day delivery will incur a charge of approximately $50.00. Contact us on 1300 365 404 or email to arrange a same day delivery. 



My order didn't arrive. What now?

Because your order is dispatched by courier (Toll), you must be at home at the time that delivery is attempted. Otherwise, you may have missed your delivery.

If this happens, Toll will usually leave your order at your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office to find out more.

If you still can't find your order, please call us on 1300 365 404 or email us at and we will track it for you.



Do you provide tracking numbers?

Tracking numbers are presently provided with shipment emails, howver, you can call us on 1300 365 404 or email to request order tracking.



Do you deliver internationally (outside Australia)?

No, we only deliver to Australia at this time, because international shipping costs are too high.
